I could not agree more with your slogan – “More than honey”. The various nuts covered in honey are indeed more than a honey itself and even more than honey in nuts. It is perhaps the National park of Gauja taking care of the rest. Tasty indeed.
Your heather-blossom honey is a true favourite in our bathhouse. After applying it during a sauna procedure, the skin becomes soft and soothing but the room itself is filled with the pleasant aroma of honey as well as it tasty. As one would say – we apply it both internally and externally without an end.
A cup of mother’s herb tea along with a bit of your honey… what can be better? NOTHING AT ALL! The cold winter evenings in England are now being spent in a cosy atmosphere by treating oneself with the bearings of the Latvian countryside. “Cranberries in honey” was a gift of choice for our kids as they went to visit their commonwealth counterparts in Germany. Each host family received a jar of this truly unique treat. We decided that this souvenir not only looks good but it also has some very good feedback. Kids very highly satisfied with their choice.
Finally I have found a really good and ecologic honey. Your honey is fantastic. It has already become the most demanded treat in our home. Kids especially prefer the “Creamy honey”, which glass of milk and a slice of bread is a very popular afternoon snack. I am happy to treat my kids with something as tasty and healthy as this. Much appreciated!
